REFUND
POLICY
All
products sold or published by Canadian Business
Publications are non-returnable and non refundable.
AUTOMATIC
RENEWAL SERVICE (IP RECOGNITION ACCOUNTS)
Customers
will be alerted via email before their annual
subscription is up for renewal. The subscription
price and applicable taxes will then be automatically
billed to the account.
Canadian Subsidy Directory online subscriptions
shall be renewable at the end of the current
term unless either party gives written notice
of its intention not to renew 30 days before
expiration of the current term.
PRE-ORDERS
By
pre-ordering products, you are authorizing
the Services to automatically charge your
account and download the product when it becomes
available. You may cancel your pre-order prior
to the time the item becomes available.
ELECTRONIC
CONTRACTING
Your
use of the Services includes the ability to
enter into agreements and/or to make transactions
electronically. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT
AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO PAY FOR SUCH

Account. Canadian Business Publications shall
not be responsible for any losses arising
